Our Wellness Team


Mark S. Williams, D.O.

Dr. Mark S. Williams is a board-certified Orthopaedic surgeon and the founder of Susquehanna Valley Medical Specialties. A lifelong resident of Bloomsburg, Dr. Williams earned a B.S. in Biology from Bloomsburg University and completed his medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Williams launched Susquehanna Valley Medical Specialties with a mission to provide high-quality, affordable healthcare to the Susquehanna Valley. His commitment to innovation led him to become one of the first surgeons in Pennsylvania to perform microinvasive, ultrasound-guided carpal tunnel surgery. He also was one of the first in the region to perform out-patient total knee and total hip replacements in his free-standing, ambulatory surgery center. Dr. Williams is known for his team-oriented, patient-centered approach, prioritizing clear communication, personalized treatment plans, and continuity of care for every patient he serves.


Pamela Morrow, PA-C

Pamela Morrow is a board certified Physician Assistant and a vital part of our health and wellness team. She completed her B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Connecticut in 2003 and completed her Physician Assistant degree at Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2006. Pamela joined the Orthopaedics team at SVMS in December 2008. She lives locally with her husband Wesley and son Caius.


Edwin A. Aquino, M.D.

Dr. Edwin A. Aquino is a physiatrist who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation, including medical acupuncture. He completed his residency at Temple University Hospital and received his medical degree from University of Santo Tomas and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Aquino comes highly recommended by his patients, and we are excited to have him as part of our wellness team.


Carl Daubert, Sports & Exercise Psychology

Carl Daubert is a Mental Performance Coach who has worked with multiple local high school and collegiate teams and athletes. He currently works as the mental performance coach for the Misercordia Men's Soccer, Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track and Field and Women's Field Hockey teams. Carl has also worked with the Marywood University Cross Country and Track and Field teams as well as the King's College Cross Country and Track and Field teams. He is also extensively involved in the professional Esports space. Carl is a founding member of the Esport Performance Coach Association, a published author (Handbook of Esports Medicine), and a peer reviewer for sport and performance psychology. Carl brings a unique set of skills to our wellness team, and we know his expertise will positively impact our community.


Caleb Fritz, M.Div.

Caleb Fritz serves as our Chaplain for Spiritual Care. He completed his undergraduate studies in Education at Bloomsburg University before earning a Master of Divinity degree from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, OH. Caleb became a licensed minister in 2013 and has served several churches in the Susquehanna Valley over the course of his ministry. He joined the Susquehanna Valley Medical Specialties team in the Fall of 2025, also serving as Operations Manager for our healthcare complex. He lives locally with his wife, Elizabeth, and their four children.
